After several rounds of discussion by breeders, researchers and industry steering committee members, the clone selection for the 2015 NFPT has been finalized. Totally there are 55 clones in the trials this year, including Russet Burbank and Ranger Russet as the checks. Again, the trials will be conducted in five states (ID, ME, ND, WA, and WI). Good start for another year of good French fries!
